By accessing (which includes browsing and any use, by employment of any device or by any other means) the website of Proto Imaging, Defence Imaging or their associated websites (all of which websites are known collectively and/ or individually in these Terms as the "Website "), you are agreeing to be bound legally by these terms ("Terms"). These terms can be modified at any time.
1. Use of Website
The Website is operated and owned by Proto Imaging who reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website at any time, with or without explanation or notice.
2. Rights
All intellectual property rights including copyright, in the content accessible (or available for download) on the Website, including text, pictures, graphics, video, software, code, or any other form (" Content") belong to Proto Imaging and its Partners. All rights are hereby reserved.
3. Use of Content
The Website and the Content may be only used for your non-commercial personal use.
